‘Ballistic’ BJ Baldwin joins Toyo; LeDuc’s sponsorship extended

No longer racing for Team General Tire, "Ballistic" BJ Baldwin is now the newest
member of Team Toyo Off-Road, and Kyle LeDuc has been re-signed through 2014.
