Old World sells chemical business

Old World Industries, LLC announced an agreement to sell its Chemical Business, including the Ethylene
Oxide/Ethylene Glycol manufacturing facility in Clear Lake, Texas, to Indorama Ventures PCL of Bangkok,
Thailand.
